Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that 11 accounts out of 12 have already been transferred in the name of petitioner. The petitioner was nominee in 11 bank accounts, thus, bank without objection transferred the account from Chandigarh to Patiala.

Learned counsel for the respondent-bank submits that if petitioner submits succession certificate, the 12th account would also be transferred.

Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to the aforesaid arrangement.
