On 14.01.2025 the following order was passed : " Mr. Maheshinder Singh Sidhu, Advocate had put in appearance on behalf of the appellants on 13.02.2020 and had sought time to file his vakalatnama. However, till date vakalatnama has not been filed. Repeatedly the case had been adjourned on the request of the learned counsel. Even today a similar request is made that the case be adjourned to enable the counsel to file his vakalatnama. No ground is made out to further adjourn the matter.

In view thereof, let notice be issued to the appellants, returnable 11.07.2025."

As per the office report the appellants stand duly served. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants despite the matter being called twice since morning. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
