(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is for quashing of FIR No.225 dated 02.09.2022 (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Model Town, District Hoshiarpur, along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
