NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 181 dated 18.06.2021 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 306, 406 and 498-A read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Division No. 2, Ludhiana.

At the outset, on instructions from ASI Kulwant Singh, learned counsel for the State submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous, as in the aforesaid FIR, there are total 03 accused including the present petitioner and all of them have been acquitted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Special Court, Ludhiana, vide judgment dated 16.08.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner upon instructions admits the aforesaid facts to be true and accordingly, prays that the instant petition may be disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
