SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 482 Cr.P.C praying for issuance of a direction to the official respondents to conduct further investigation/re-investigation as per law in FIR No.112 dated 31.12.2022 under Sections 420,406,120-B IPC registered at P.S Sadar Rajpura, District Patiala fairly and impartially through an independent Agency/Central Agency. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to take recourse to other alternative legal remedy available as per law.

Prayer is accepted.
