The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari/Mandamus for quashing the impugned order dated 05.04.2011 (Annexure P-1), ex parte orders dated 11.01.2012 (Annexures P-3 and P-4), order dated 03.05.2013 (Annexure P-5) and final Revisional Order dated 03.09.2019 (Annexure P-9).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition by submitting that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
