(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.157 dated 27.08.2019 under Sections 376, 506 IPC and Section 25 Arms Act registered at Police Station Ajnala, District Amritsar Rural.

Criminal Misc. No. M-44908 of 2019 -2Learned counsel for the complainant submits that the petitioner had taken some personal pictures of the complainant which he has released on internet.
On the other hand, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Baldev Raj, does not dispute the fact the petitioner has joined the investigation. She has further submitted that the police has conducted an enquiry into the aforesaid allegations made by the complainant and the same have not been found to be correct.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties. Considering the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 06.12.2019 is made absolute.
However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when directed by the investigating agency and shall abide by the terms and conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. February 24, 2020 ( HARI PAL VERMA ) AK JUDGE Whether speaking / reasoned?
