(ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.192, dated 12.10.2023, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 341 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, (Sections 307 and 325 IPC were added later on) registered at Police Station Bond Kalan, District Charkhi Dadri. Learned State counsel has produced the custody certificate of the petitioner, which is taken on record.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Prayer is accepted.
