Prayer in the present applications is for disposal of the main appeal in terms of the compromise dated 10.08.2025. 2.

Vide order dated 15.10.2025 the parties were directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court for recording of the statements of the parties with regard to the compromise arrived at between them. As per the report of the Mediator, the statements have since been recorded.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the main case is taken on Board today itself.

RSA-6144-2014 (O&M) since compromised the matter vide compromise dated 10.08.2025 and the statements of the parties have since been recorded before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and that the present appeal be disposed off in terms of the compromise dated 10.08.2025.

In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed off in terms of the compromise dated 10.08.2025, which is marked as Ex.C1. Decree sheet be drawn up accordingly. The compromise dated 10.08.2025 (Ex.C1) shall form a part of the decree sheet. The parties shall remain bound by their statements.

Disposed off accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
