The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No.163 dated 25.03.2025, under Sections 406, 420 IPC and Section 24 of Immigration Act, 1983 registered at Police Station Assandh, District Karnal. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that co-accused namely Rajbir has been granted bail vide order dated 08.08.2025 and the role of the present petitioner is on the same footing. He requested for grant of bail on the ground of parity.

Keeping in view the contentions of learned counsel for the parties; the co-accused Rajbir granted bail by this Court vide order dated 08.08.2025; it is admitted by learned State counsel that case of the present petitioner is on same footing, the instant petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on regular bail on his furnishing requisite bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate/Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned.
