CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present writ petition is for quashing of impugned transfer order dated 06.09.2019 (Annexure P-6). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner represented to respondents against the impugned transfer order vide representations dated 09.09.2019 (Annexure P-7) and 19.09.2019 (Annexure P-8) but no action has been taken so far. The impugned order is dated 06.09.22019, thus, it would not be appropriate for this Court to break cycle of transfers. Respondents are directed to dispose of the representations dated 09.09.2019 (Annexure P-7) and 19.09.

2019 (Annexure P-8) submitted by the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this Court after affording opportunity of hearing to petitioner by passing a reasonable speaking order, in accordance with transfer policy.
