The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing and setting aside of impugned order dated 20.10.2022 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned ASJ Gurugram in CRR-141-2021 arising out of Criminal Complaint - COMI No.183 of 2021 dated 19.03.2021 under Sections 498-A, 406, 420, 509, 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Women Police Station Manesar District Gurugram (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the matter has since been compromised between the parties and the main petition itself stands decided and hence the present petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
