This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 12.05.2022 passed in CWP-10101-2022. 2.

Compliance report by way of an affidavit of Ms. Vaishali Singh, Administrator, HSVP, Gurugram has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record. Along with the compliance report, speaking order (Annexure R-3) has also been appended. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place.

In view of the speaking order, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present contempt petition with liberty to avail their remedies as available in law.
