Plaintiff-appellant-Gurditta Singh @ Gurbachan Singh filed suit seeking declaration of title over the land measuring 8 kanals 18 marlas claiming that he has become owner of the suit land by way of adverse possession. Both the Courts below have discarded the plea of plaintiff-appellant on the basis of documents placed on record.

During course of arguments, learned counsel for the appellant could not assail the findings recorded by both the Courts below calling for any interference. No substantial question of law requiring determination arises in this appeal, which has no merit. Dismissed.
