Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the letter dated 19.09.2023, Annexure P-3, which has been issued in contravention of the deployment Policy, dated 30.06.2022, Annexure P-6.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the second respondent. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case the second respondent is directed to decide his pending representation, dated 25.06.2024, Annexure P-9, in a specified period.

In view thereof, without going into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Director, Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati, Government Medical College, Nalhar, Mewat, to consider and decide the pending representation, dated 25.06.2024, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of three months of receiving a certified copy of this order.
