Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that all the writ petitioners, except petitioners No. 3, 6 and 7, have furnished undertaking alongwith cheques, thus, they have been allotted paddy. The petitioners No. 3 and 6 furnished undertaking but did not furnish cheques and petitioner No. 7 has neither furnished undertaking nor cheques, thus, paddy has not been allotted to them.

In the wake of statement of learned State counsel, petition qua the petitioners except petitioners No. 3, 6 and 7, stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that petition qua petitioners No. 3, 6 and 7 may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh with better particulars.
