Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner-Gurpreet Singh @ Sabi, in case FIR No. 107 dated 19.08.2019 registered under Sections 323 and 341 read with Section 34 IPC and Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 at Police Station Maqsudan, District Jalandhar (Rural). Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. In view of the above, order dated 23.10.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute.
