(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioners under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing/setting-aside the order dated 07.10.2023 (Annexure P-22) passed by respondent - Department. Further a writ of mandamus has been sought for directing the respondents to assign all rights of the petitioners to the petitioners and grant all such requisite pay scales, dues and dearness allowances in similar/commensurate terms as are being paid to all other Exservicemen, who after retirement like the petitioners are employed in Banking sector and are performing duties exactly commensurately/similar to those of the petitioners and as such the MOHD YAKUB 2024.10.22 18:19 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court at Chandigarh

CWP No.28570 of 2024 (O&M) petitioners are entitled to the said benefits on similar terms/equitable basis without any impediment.
