***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that although when the instant petition was filed the petitioners were in a live-in relationship, but subsequently after filing the instant petition, they solemnized marriage and that, under these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh by incorporating the latest correct particulars.
