The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.344, dated 15.09.2023, registered under Sections 406, 420 and 506 IPC at Police Station Mullana, District Ambala, Haryana. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to raise all pleas before the trial Court at the appropriate stage.
