(Oral) Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of impugned order dated 13.03.2019 (Annexure P/8) passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar vide which the petitioner was declared proclaimed person in FIR No.57 dated 15.05.2018 under Sections 452, 354-A, 506, 323 IPC (later on Section 452 IPC was substituted by Section 451 IPC) registered at Police Station Lambran, District Jalandhar and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Teerath Ram states that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has joined the investigation on 16.01.2020.

A perusal of the order sheet reveals that on the last date of hearing i.e. 04.07.2022, none was present on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 4.

In view of the position as noted above as well as the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. However, in case anything survives, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the same, within a period of three months from today, if so advised.
