The present second petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.2092 dated 08.12.2022, registered under Sections 61(1)(A) of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 (Haryana Amendment Bill, 2020) and Sections 420, 476 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Shivaji Nagar, District Gurugram.

A perusal of the record shows that the first petition, i.e. CRMM-47410-2023 filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was dismissed only on 21.09.2023 by this Court. The said application was dismissed after consideration on the merits of the case. 3.
