The present Civil Miscellaneous Application was filed on 27.07.1999 by Sh. Surinder K. Bansal, Advocate, vide Diary No.62238 in CWP No. 4761 of 1999. Main case has been disposed of on 25.09.2000. The Registry had raised objection in the application on 27.07.1999. As per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part4A, Volume V, Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, the petition on which objections have been raised by the Registry is to be taken back by the counsel/party, who filed it, to be re4filed within a total period of 40 days. The same was not taken back for re4filing after removal of objections. Note was published by the Registry in the cause list on 13.8.2015, whereby the advocates were requested to collect their all cases lying with objections, which were filed upto 30.06.2014 for re4filing after removal of objections. It was further notified that all pending cases of this type will be listed in Court for appropriate order on 19.09.2015.
