(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing the impugned order dated 24.10.2019 passed in appeal titled 'Gurjeet Singh Versus State of Haryana and another' pending adjudication before the Sessions Judge, Fatehabad against the impugned judgment dated 14.03.2019 & order dated 18.03.2019 passed by CJM, Fatehabad in complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 whereby the bail bonds submitted by petitioner were forfeited on account of non-appearance of petitioner. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
