Learned counsel for the petitioner, during the course of arguments, apprehends that he will not get favourable order, at this stage, he wishes to withdraw the instant petition under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.261 dated 19.09.2024 under Sections 115, 3(5), 351(2), 64(1), Section 70(1) of BNS (added later on) (Sections 115, 3(5) of BNS and 25.1(B) A of Arms Act were deleted) registered at Police Station Sadar Tauru, District Nuh and accordingly withdraws the same. 2.

In view of the statement, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
