***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (ORAL) As per the observations made in the order dated 17.12.2024, despite service, the respondent did not make appearance on that date. Even today, none has made appearance on his behalf. As such, the respondent is proceeded against ex parte.

The counsel for the applicant heard.

The present application has been filed by the applicant-wife, for seeking transfer of petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, titled 'Puneet Singh Vs. Alka' (Annexure P-1), filed by the respondenthusband, pending in Family Court, Karnal and she seeks transfer of the same to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Gurugram. At this stage, the counsel for the applicant submits that he does not press this application for seeking transfer of the divorce petition, but he only makes a prayer for allowing the applicant to make appearance before learned Family Court, through video conferencing, as and when required. TA-1318-2023 In the light of the aforesaid, he submits that, at this stage, he does not want to pursue with the transfer application. In view of the submissions made aforesaid, at this stage, the transfer application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the applicant has an option to file an application before learned Family Court to facilitate her making appearance and join proceedings through video conferencing, as and when required. Upon filing of any such application, the Court concerned shall pass any appropriate order, in the fitness of the circumstances.
