(Oral) It is submitted by both the counsel that the compromise has been effected between the parties, as a result whereof, the petition under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act, has been filed. In view of the same, at this stage, the counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, being compromised. Ordered accordingly.
