RAJESH BINDAL, J The plaintiff is before this Court against the concurrent findings of fact recorded by both the courts below, whereby in the suit filed by him for permanent injunction, application filed by the respondents/defendants under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC was accepted and the plaint was rejected. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that they admitted the possession of the appellant on the property in dispute. He further submitted that the appellant shall not be dispossessed unless in due course of law. The suit was filed for possession of first floor of Kothi No.148, Anand Avenue, Amritsar. He further submitted that the suit for possession has been filed by the respondents on 10.3.2015 against the appellant, in which he has already put in appearance.
Considering the aforesaid statement of learned counsel for the respondents, the present appeal is disposed of, as the possession of the appellant/plaintiff is admitted on the suit property and the due process of law is being followed.
The appeal stands disposed of.
