The trial Court dismissed the suit of the respondents-plaintiffs for injunction seeking restraint order against the Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) not to shift the transformer, but the lower Appellate Court modified the judgment and decree of the trial Court by giving liberty to the Corporation to shift the transformer, but not install in front of the house of the plaintiffs.

Learned counsel for the appellants informed that the transformer has already been transferred/shifted, but not in front of the house of the plaintiffs and the expenses thereof, have been incurred by the defendants. In this regard, they had moved an application for adjustment. He does not want to press the present appeal. In view of the above, the appeal is ordered to be dismissed. Liberty is granted to the appellants to pursue their remedy in accordance with law.
