The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 528 BNSS is for the issuance of directions to respondents No.3 and 4 to act upon the FIR No.218 dated 20.12.2024 under Sections 3(5) and 108 of BNS, 2023 with a further prayer that the accused persons be arrested. 2.

None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

The learned State counsel submits that three accused persons, namely Mukesh, Prince and Sahil have been arrested and have since been granted the concession of anticipatory bail.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
