(ORAL) Appellant-plaintiff has filed assailed impugned judgment/ decree dated 20.08.2014 passed by learned District Judge, Ferozepur, whereby, appeal filed by respondents-defendants against judgment/ decree dated 29.11.2012 passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ferozerpur decreeing the suit for permanent injunction filed by plaintiff, was partly accepted and suit of plaintiff was ordered to be decreed partly for permanent injunction to the extent that defendants were restrained from dispossessing plaintiff from suit property except in due course of law.

Appeal was filed way back in the year 2014. Today none appears on behalf of appellant. It seems that appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal further.
