(ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.384, dated 07.11.2023, under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, (Sections 21(b)(ii)(B)(C) and 29 of the NDPS Act, were added later on), registered at Police Station Sector 53, District Gurugram.

Learned State counsel has produced the custody certificate of the petitioner, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage.
