This is second petition filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 439 Cr.P.C.), for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, during the pendency of trial, who has been booked in a criminal case arising out of First Information Report, as detailed here-under:- Name of Petitioner(s) FIR No.

First bail petition filed by the petitioner, i.e., CRM-M-35468-2024 (O&M), titled as, "Lovedeep Kumar v. State of Haryana", was disposed of by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in recent past, vide order dated 13.05.2025. 3.

For reference, the operative part of the order dated 13.05.2025, is reproduced here-under:- "

Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.') for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.112 dated 15.05.2022, registered under Sections 120-B, 201, 302, 307, 323, 379, 427, 506 and 148 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal JAWALA RAM 2025.08.26 18:50 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for petitioner wishes to withdraw the petition, "at this stage".
