Seeking legal action against respondents No.4 and 5 for giving false information and wrong statement on oath by filing an affidavit in COCP No.1941 of 2022, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Section 340 r/w 482 CrPC. 2.
During course of arguments, counsel for the petitioner has referred to paras no.4 to 7 of reply filed in COCP No.1941 of 2022, however counsel for University has referred to para no.3 which reads as follows: "3. That in view of the aforesaid facts, it is humbly submitted that as per the Regulation No.7 of the Diploma in Pharmacy Exit Examination Regulations, 2022, the registration of the candidate as Pharmacist shall be done only after passing of the diploma in pharmacy exit examination. Therefore, it is required on the part of petitioner to pass the diploma in pharmacy exit examination, only thereafter, the Haryana State Pharmacy Council would be able to register the name of the petitioner on the role of the Council and to issue Registration Certificate to her."

Given the stand of respondents No.4 and 5 that despite numerous communications, they are not getting any response from the University. To this, counsel for the petitioner submits that he be permitted to show this order to the private University and expedite process at their end.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of with the liberty aforesaid. If the petitioner hands over the certified copy of this order to the University/College concerned, based on such communications to the department, they will expedite the response required by respondents No.4 and 5 within one month of the receipt of order in accordance with law.
