******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.129 dated 03.08.2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380, 411 of Indian Penal Code at Police Station Sadar Kapurthala, District Kapurthala.

Heard.

The names of petitioners have come in the disclosure statement of co-accused, who committed theft in the Haveli and recovery of one trolley of complainant is yet to be effected, as such, custodial interrogation of petitioners is required.

Keeping in view the above facts and circumstances, I do not find any reason to exercise the discretionary power of this Court to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
