Mr. Vishal Kashyap, Sr. DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents and on instructions from L/ASI Jagwati submits that the matter has been investigated and cancellation report has been prepared, which has been put up before superior officers and would be submitted in the Court concerned.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he would seek his remedy before the Court where cancellation report is to be filed.
