(Oral) Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 has informed the Court that the matter stands compromised between the parties. However, learned counsel for the appellant states that he has no instructions from his client and he has sent a registered letter to verify the same. The present appeal stands disposed of, in view of the compromise effected between the parties and the parties are bound by the terms of the compromise. However, the appellant is at liberty to revive this order within a period of six months, if any cause of action survives in the present appeal.
