(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to have recourse to other alternate efficacious remedies as may be available to him for redressal of his grievances including filing of an appropriate application before the Illaqa Magistrate under Section 175(3) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

In case, any such application is filed learned Illaqa Magistrate concerned shall proceed with the same in accordance with law, so that the same is disposed off expeditiously.
