* * * * This appeal was disposed of by the Lok Adalat vide order dated 31.05.2018. The enhanced amount has since been paid to the claimant. The office has, however, pointed out that a mistake has crept in the heading of the appeal and the mistake is only typographical. It has been pointed out that the appeal disposed of was FAO No.5668 of 2016(O&M) but it was inadvertently typed as FAO No.5668 of 2017(O&M). We have considered the matter and order that the appeal disposed of by the order dated 31.05.2018 shall be read as FAO No.5668 of 2016 (O&M) and not of the year 2017.

Necessary correction be carried out.
