HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA PRESENT: - Mr. Lekh Raj Nandal, Advocate, for the petitioners. Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the Public Notice dated 28.07.2024, Annexure P-3, whereby the reasons for non-selection of the petitioners have been given, as also to quash/modify the impugned selection dated 27.07.2024, Annexure P-2, declaring the final result of TGT Physical Education in which they have been declared ineligible for want of essential qualification of B.P.Ed. for the post in question.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the third respondent. At this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case the third respondent is directed to decide their pending representation, dated 29.07.2024, Annexure P-4, in a specified period.

In view thereof, without going into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent-Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, to consider and decide the pending representation, dated 29.07.2024, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from receiving a certified copy of this order.
