The instant petition has been filed for a direction to the police authorities before whom the representation dated 05.08.2025 filed by the petitioner is pending.

The contents of the representation, copy of which is attached with the writ petition as Annexure P1, shows that the allegations against the private respondents are for the commission of offence under Sections 74, 75, 296, 351(2), 351(3), 318(4), 335 and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and under the provisions of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Even if the allegations are taken to be true, on their face value itself, an offence which is cognizable in nature is made out against the opposite party and for the redressal of grievance, raised in the present petition, the proper remedy available to the petitioner is to approach the Court of learned DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2025.08.20 18:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Judicial Magistrate.
