RSA-3001-2018 (O&M) -2Today none has appeared on behalf of the appellant. Though, no ground is made out to further adjourn the matter in view of the last order. However, keeping in view the intervening circumstances created due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and the fact that the matter has been listed for the first time after 28.02.2020, one last opportunity is granted to learned counsel for the appellant to address arguments.
List on 18.05.2022.
Registry to inform the counsel for the appellant of the date fixed."
Despite being duly informed by the Registry, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
