Petitioner (Balwinder Singh) has filed the instant Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the chargesheet dated 15.10.2015 (Annexure P-2) and inquiry report dated 17.04.2018 (Annexure P-3) and order dated 25.02.2020 (Annexure P-4) passed by respondent No.2. 2.

Mr. Manpreet S. Longia, Advocate appears and files Vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioner in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant Writ Petition and prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh one with the same cause of action.
