The present Civil Miscellaneous Application was filed on 11.03.2010 by Sh. Pawan Kumar, respondent No.2 in person, vide Diary No. 480561 in CWP No. 6532 of 1993. Main case has been dismissed on 06.03.2014. The Registry had raised objection in the application on 17.03.2010. As per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part7A, Volume V, Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, the petition on which objections have been raised by the Registry is to be taken back by the counsel/party, who filed it, to be re7filed within a total period of 40 days. The same was not taken back for re7filing after removal of objections. Note was published by the Registry in the cause list on 13.8.2015, whereby the advocates were requested to collect their all cases lying with objections, which were filed upto 30.06.2014 for re7filing after removal of objections. It was further notified that all pending cases of this type will be listed in Court for appropriate order on 19.09.2015.

The case was shown in the cause list for 19.9.2015. No one was present.
