RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for protecting the life and liberty of the petitioner as well as his family members including his daughter, who was initially kidnapped and subsequently raped by the accused persons with a further request to file the status report with regard to action taken on the application filed by the prosecutrix, dated 24.09.2022. It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already moved a representation dated 27.09.2022 (Annexure P-4) to respondent No.2, however, no action has been taken on the same. Notice of motion.
