LPA No.2355 of 2024 Learned counsel for the appellant has invited our attention to Annexure P-1 to submit that the petitioner possessed Ph.D qualification way back in the year 2007 while learned Single Judge has noted that he had submitted his Ph.D Thesis on 17.08.2022 and did not possess the qualification as on 03.05.2022, i.e the last date of submission of application form.
