(Oral) This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to implement the Government notification dated 30.06.2022, Annexure P-4, whereby policy namely, 'Deployment of Contractual Persons Policy, 2022', has been notified for engaging contractual staff in Government Board/Corporation/Department through 'Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam'.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case respondent No.3 is directed to decide their pending representations, dated 11.01.2023, 24.01.2023 and 20.03.2023, Annexure P-6, in a specified period. 3.

Ms. Tanushree Gupta, DAG, Haryana, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending representations shall be decided by PAYAL 2023.10.13 19:12 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

In view thereof, without going into merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3/Registrar, Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak, to consider and decide the pending representations, dated 11.01.2023, 24.01.2023 and 20.03.2023, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order. 6.
