The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of FIR No.92 dated 16.07.2011 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Makhu and all consequential criminal proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel on instructions submits that cancellation report presented on 03.07.2022 had been returned by the learned Magistrate for further investigation, which is underway.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition at this stage.
