Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.112 dated 21.07.2022, under Sections 406 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Daljeet Singh submits that in compliance of order dated 14.11.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 14.11.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
