Mahna Ram v. Union Of India And ORS
RA-RF-274-CI-2016 IN RFA-193-2013
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH
RA-RF-274-CI-2016 IN RFA-193-2013 Date of Decision: August 17, 2016 MAHNA RAM ...Applicant
VERSUS
UNION OF INDIA AND OTHERS
...Respondents
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK
Present:
Mr. C.M. Munjal, Advocate, for the applicant.
RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the applicant has fairly stated that no such argument was raised which might have not been dealt with by this Court and may be made the basis for moving the instant review application. Neither there was any other material available on record which might have not been referred and discussed in the order under review, dated 23.2.2016, nor it is so argued on behalf of the applicant even today. In fact, learned counsel for the applicant wants to re-argue the case under the garb of instant application, which is not permissible in law. After hearing learned counsel for the applicant, no case for review has been made out.
Dismissed.
